Performance, Identity, & Competitive Readiness
In Phase 4, players begin to train with a competitive mindset and personal identity. Sessions now demand intensity, leadership, tactical awareness, and technical precision under real-game stress. Players learn to prepare not only for the game — but for the full demands of it: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Phase 4 is structured in 3 advanced 12-week cycles, each one designed to help players not just play the game — but impact it.
Cycle 1: Elevate
Raise your game. Raise your standard
This cycle focuses on taking the player’s technique and applying it at match intensity — quick execution, refined decision-making, and physical sharpness. The goal is to raise standards in every rep.

Higher tempo dribbling, finishing, and passing
Physical readiness (change of pace, recovery runs)
