ABFT CORE CONTROL PROGRAM
Refining the skill to control the game
Ages 8-10 | 12-Week Program | Starts Sept. 2
Location: Laveen, AZ
Time: 6:00PM - 7:15PM
Days: Monday - Thursday
Core Control is the first cycle of Phase 2 (ages 8–10) and focuses on helping young players refine their technique and movement through structured repetition, guided drills, and applied skill work. This is where kids learn how to truly control the ball and their body — not just in isolation, but with light pressure, direction, and purpose.
It builds on everything learned in Phase 1 by developing more precision, better rhythm, and stronger confidence when handling the ball in 1v1 or small group situations. Players begin to understand how their body, feet, and mind work together on the field.
