Services Offered

ABFT Arizona provides athletic training services including:

• Group Training Sessions: Small group athletic training at our Arizona locations
• Private Coaching: One-on-one personalized training sessions
• Team Programs: Structured programs for sports teams and organizations
• 36-Week Membership: Extended training programs with ongoing support

Registration & Participation

Eligibility

• Athletes of all ages and skill levels are welcome
• Minors (under 18) require parent/guardian consent and registration
• All participants must complete required forms before training begins
• Medical clearance may be required for athletes with health conditions

Required Documentation

• Completed registration form
• Signed liability waiver
• Emergency contact information
• Medical information form (allergies, medications, injuries)
• Photo/video consent form (optional)

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Session fees are due prior to participation
• Membership fees are paid according to agreed schedule
• Team program payments may be arranged on a custom schedule
• Late payments may result in suspension from programs

Refund Policy

• Individual session cancellations require 24-hour notice for refund/rescheduling
• Membership refunds are prorated for unused sessions
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost
• No refunds for missed sessions without proper notice
• Medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: Required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Weather Cancellations: ABFT Arizona reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unsafe weather conditions
• Coach Availability: Sessions may be rescheduled due to coach illness or emergency
• Make-up Sessions: Available for approved cancellations and weather-related cancellations

Safety & Liability

Assumption of Risk

Athletic training involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge that physical activity may result in injury and assume responsibility for their participation.

Safety Measures

• All training sessions are supervised by qualified coaching staff
• Emergency action plans are in place at all training locations
• First aid supplies are available during all sessions
• Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines

Limitation of Liability

ABFT Arizona's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from participation in our programs.

Conduct & Expectations

Participant Conduct

• Respect for coaches, staff, and other participants
• Appropriate athletic attire and footwear required
• No use of inappropriate language or behavior
• Follow all training facility rules and regulations
• Arrive on time and prepared for training sessions

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Timely drop-off and pick-up of minor athletes
• Communication of any health or behavioral concerns
• Support of coaching staff and training programs
• Prompt payment of fees and completion of required forms

Disciplinary Action

Participants who violate conduct expectations may face disciplinary action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from programs without refund.

Privacy & Media

• Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy
• Photos and videos may be taken during training for promotional purposes
• Media consent forms are required for use of participant images
• Participants may opt-out of promotional media at any time

Modifications to Terms

ABFT Arizona reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to participants via email or website notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through direct communication with ABFT Arizona management. We are committed to fair resolution of concerns and maintaining positive relationships with our athletes and families.
