FIRST TOUCH

This program is built for boys and girls ages 6 to 8 to strengthen their foundation in soccer. We offer a structured, progressive curriculum built in 12-week cycles.

The program is split into 3 progressive 12-week cycles.

Cycle 1: Ball Explorers

Where soccer journeys begin

Ball Explorers is a 36-week journey designed to build confidence, joy, and technical comfort with the ball at a young age. This cycle focuses on helping kids fall in love with soccer while developing the core motor and technical skills that form the base for long-term development.

Players will explore how the ball moves, how their bodies move with it, and how to use those skills in fun games. The environment is playful but structured, allowing young athletes to experiment, repeat, and grow through guided discovery.

Training is broken down into three progressive 12-week blocks:

  1. Meet the BallFundamentals & comfort (Weeks 1-12)

  2. Move with the BallMovement & direction (Weeks 13-24)

Skill Builders is the second cycle of our First Touch program. In this cycle, players continue building confidence while learning how to control, pass, and begin to combine with teammates. The focus shifts from individual ball mastery to simple decision-making, coordination with others, and goal-oriented actions like shooting and defending.

Kids are introduced to real game concepts like first touch, passing combinations, and scoring under pressure, but in a way that’s playful, low-stress, and developmentally appropriate.

Training is organized into three developmental sub-cycles:

  1. Control & Connect – First touch, receiving, and movement (Weeks 1-12)
