Days: Monday - Thursday
Elevate is the starting point of Phase 4, where players begin training like athletes — with higher expectations, faster speed of play, and increased responsibility on and off the field. This 12-week cycle is designed for players who are ready to challenge themselves in every session and compete with focus, discipline, and intent.
We focus on technical sharpness, game awareness, and physical readiness — all while demanding more accountability from each player. Every rep is about performing under real match-like pressure: tight spaces, limited time, real opponents, and tactical goals.

WHAT IS ELEVATE
What Kids Will Learn
Playing with tempo and urgency
Cleaning up touches at full speed
Executing sharp 1-2 combinations in motion
Defending in recovery and high-pressure moments
Reacting to transitions: press or reset
Finishing under fatigue and pressure
Building game-like rhythm: receive, move, pass, recover
Creating space through timed movement
Competing in small-sided games with tactical roles
Learning to prepare physically and mentally for game day
Weekly Program Structure
2 sessions/week - 75 Minutes each
Every Session includes:
Warm-Up & Movement Games
A technical focus (dribbling, shooting, etc.)
A themed small-sided game
Positive coaching and fun competition
